What would happen if I used sea salt instead of canning salt?
when I can tomatoes?
salt is not salt. do not can tomatoes with sea salt. will interfere with the canning process. use regular salt. sea salt is not healthy for individuals with any health issues either. i took one dose of it on my food and my blood pressure skyrocketed.
