What is the water in Palau like right now (for snorkeling, diving)?
I’m thinking of taking a vacation to Palau at around this time next year and would like to get a scuba diving lisence during that time? But what is the water like? Is it the best time to go?
Right now the water is great and fairly warm close to the top of course
